The Street of Dreams Awards are determined by a professional vote of our peers, while the public vote is recorded for statistical information Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland. The Portland Metro Association of Realtors determines their choice of awards by agents attending on a designated ‘Realtor Day’.
